Emma Lewis M.Ost
Emma graduated from Swansea University in 2015 with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and has been helping people move better, feel better, and live with less pain ever since. She founded Pembrokeshire Osteopathy with a simple aim: to provide high-quality, personalised care that puts patients first.
With over ten years of clinical experience, Emma has treated a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in both private practice and residential care settings. Alongside her clinic work, she has spent more than ten years providing osteopathic care within nursing homes, developing extensive experience in supporting older adults with age-related aches, pains, and mobility problems.
Emma has a particular interest in treating pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, headaches, neck pain, and back pain. She believes that no two patients are the same, taking the time to understand the root cause of each person’s symptoms before creating an individual treatment plan. Her approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with practical advice and rehabilitation exercises to help patients recover, move confidently, and stay active.
As a mum of two young boys, Emma understands the physical demands that pregnancy, parenthood, work, and everyday life can place on the body. This personal experience has inspired her to continue expanding her knowledge in women’s health and paediatric osteopathy, with the aim of offering osteopathic care to mothers, babies, and children in the future.
Emma is proud to welcome patients to her new clinic at Plunj in Carew Airfield Business Park, where she works alongside a community that shares her passion for health, movement, and wellbeing.
